As CLIENT SERVICE CONSULTANT, you will be making new contacts, building bonds with prospective clients, providing language solutions to clients and performing important client servicing duties. You will be coordinating with our client servicing team in project execution, delivering the best client service for our esteemed clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• •   Develop and formulate new accounts


• •   Maintain close contact and follow-up with clients, customize proposal and package according to requirements and needs


• •   Provide language solution


• •   Prepare relevant pitching documentation


• •   Coordinate with team members for project execution

REQUIREMENTS

• •   Diploma and above


• •   At least 4 years of corporate sales experience


• •   Experience in language and communication service industry preferred


• •   Able to provide professional and satisfactory client service


• •   Able to execute strategies in securing and maintaining accounts


• •   Presentable and good communication skills in English


• •   PC Literate and resourceful


• •   Highly motivated and excellent sales attitude
