TRANSLATOR

1. Job Scope: Translating documents in your qualified language pair(s) and specialised industry. Revision is necessary to fulfil the phrasing and style requirements of the client.

2. Requirements: Possess at least two (2) years of translation experience, or an official certificate/diploma/degree in translation or language.

SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETER

1. Job Scope: For conferences where interpreters work in pairs (inside a booth facilitated with interpreting equipment).

2. Requirements: Professionally trained in interpreting, translation or a language in an established college and/or with extensive experience in handling conference interpreting for at least 2 years.

CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETER

1. Job Scope: For business meetings, trainings or seminars in consecutive mode.

2. Requirements: Professionally trained in interpreting, translation or a language in an established college and/or with extensive experience in handling business meeting interpreting for at least 2 years.

TRANSCRIBER

1. Job Scope: Transcribing audio files either from English to English, or a mixture of English and other languages into English, either in a verbatim format or publishable format. This may include the transcription of conversations for court submission, interviews for research purposes, conference speeches and panel discussions, etc. Transcription services can be further classified into Off-site Transcription and On-site Transcription. Capabilities in speed typing and distinguishing different accents of English are an advantage.

2. Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute and maximum 2 typos per 60 words.

COPYWRITER

1. Job Scope: Crafting commercial content, such as company websites, product brochures, company profiles and various marketing collateral, in English or other languages. At times, copywriters are required to conduct interviews with clients or to attend meetings on revisions for more complicated cases. The copywriter should possess research capabilities and experience in marketing content creations, as well as the ability to adopt different styles and tones for different products / services and audience.

2. Requirements: Possess at least two (2) years of marketing content creation experience, or official certificate/diploma/degree in copywriting / journalism / mass communication or relevant qualification.
