JOB DESCRIPTION

• •   In-depth knowledge of process, practices and theories in project management


• •   Lead in planning and implementation of regional production team


• •   Regional project scheduling, planning and quality control


• •  Deployment of software to enhance project management efficiency which include translation memory, terminology building,      DTP software, website localisation etc


• •   Manage vendor recruitment process


• •   Monthly project productivity and quality assessment report to Management

REQUIREMENTS

• •   Bilingual in English and Mandarin


• •   Degree and above, with min 5 years of any project management experience


• •   Familiar with the working process of translation agencies and/or project coordination an advantage


• •   Familiar with Microsoft Office and PDF software, typesetting softwares such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop an      advantage


• •   Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills


• •   Proven experience in people management, risk management and change management


• •   Must be matured
