Over the past 8 years, ELITE Asia grew from its humble beginnings as a sole-proprietorship offering only English and Chinese translation service to a transnational corporation that it is now which offers translation, transcription and interpretation service for several major Asian languages.
To facilitate the growth of the company – both in terms of manpower and service offerings, we have set in place various systems and processes so as ensure consistency in the quality of the work produced. Some of the systems we have in place now include the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which we utilize to manage and engage with both our clients, translators and interpreters, as well as our company’s intranet, which is utilize as a form of internal library and also as a forum board to gather feedback on the existing systems and processes.
On top of just having the various systems and processes in place, ELITE Asia also perform internal audits on them on a regular basis, so as to identify the various areas of strengths, weaknesses, and also opportunities for improvement. By doing so, it helps to ensure that we as a company will always be relevant and able to meet the changing needs and demands of our clients and in the market itself.
In 2014, our efforts paid off as we became the proud recipients of the ISO 9001:2008 certification as well as being ranked as the 20th largest translations, interpreting and localization vendor in Asia by the Common Sense Advisory in its 2014 review of the Translation, Localization, and Interpreting Services Industry.
In addition to achieving the above mentioned awards and certifications, Our company also holds memberships from around the world that recognizes high-quality and reliable translators, interpreters, as well as agencies such as us. We are currently a:
